RHA is a large scale interactive sculpture instantiated as a public art work. Created from 1000s of mylar ribbons, the sculpture is enlivened and animated by programmed lights, sound, and fans.

RHA is meant to be suggestive rather than explicit. Its form riffs and plays on ideas of immersion, connection, and reflective data streams. In each moment it exhibits a lively unpredictable flux of form, motion, color and sound.

RHA’s interactivity is experienced through the senses. Sonic, optical, and tactile sensations encourage virtuality, openness and indivisibility.

At once entity and environment, the sculpture is in spontaneous dialogue with the public domain. RHA emblematizes the dynamic energy of space.

Synthesizing audiovisual data, sculpture, and environment, RHA seeks to tickle one’s curiosity, mesmerize, and offer moments for playful reflection.
